The mission of the Miss Black Rocket City Scholarship Pageant is to spotlight the scholastic achievements, talents, community involvement and positive trends of our women in the Rocket City. We celebrate all shapes, sizes and vast complextions. As a scholarship pageant, we focus not just on beauty but on the education of our black women!
