If Friday night at the Orion Amphitheater proved anything, it's that Huntsville knows how to throw a party.
T.I. headlined the concert as part of Spokes-N-Vogue's 10th Annual June Fest Celebration, bringing out thousands of fans for an evening that started long before anyone walked through the gates.
The real warm-up was happening in the parking lot. Tailgates were everywhere, music was blasting, grills were going, and custom rides were lined up showing exactly why Spokes-N-Vogue has built a reputation that reaches well beyond Huntsville. Known for transforming ordinary vehicles into head-turners, they've earned the trust of hip-hop artists, entertainers, and plenty of local customers over the past decade.
The Chocolate Rocket City crew spent the evening filming our Top Five live from the event before making our way through a couple of tailgates. It was one of those nights where everybody seemed to know somebody, and if they didn't, they did by the end of the night.
By the time T.I. hit the stage, the crowd was already in a good mood. He brought the hits, the fans brought the energy, and the Orion once again showed why it's become one of the best concert venues in the country.
One thing we've noticed over the last few years is that Huntsville has quietly become a city where there's almost always something worth doing. Whether it's live music, festivals, food trucks, comedy, networking events, or just a good excuse to get together, the calendar stays full.
So if you've been saying there's nothing to do in Huntsville, you're probably just not looking in the right places. That's what Chocolate Rocket City is here for.
